Advanta Homes Serious People
programme is a brand new initiative designed to offer the very best in personal service to those people who are seriously looking to invest in property in and around the Alicante region of Spain.
To qualify as a member of Serious People, you must meet the following criteria:
- Interested in the purchase of a property (for any reason) in any of the areas
covered by Advanta Homes (south Costa Blanca, Alicante countryside, northern Murcia, eastern Albacete).
- In a position to purchase a property within the upcoming twelve months.
- Nationality of a European Union country (or Switzerland, Norway or Iceland),
or having legal right to live in Spain.
- Over the age of 21.
As a member of Serious People, you will receive, in addition to the usual exceptional Advanta Homes service:
- Your own personal Service Manager who will understand your needs and respond
to your feedback to ensure we send you only the most suitable properties.
- Regular personal e-mails (usually monthly) with latest properties which most
closely match your needs.
- 10% discount on hotels for your Inspection Trip(s).
To join Serious People, send us an e-mail stating the following and we will get back to you by telephone as soon as possible.
- Your name, location and contact telephone number(s).
- Good (and bad!) times to call you.
- The type of property you are looking for (location, rooms, etc.)
- Anything you need nearby (schools, beach, golf, countryside etc.)
- Your budget.
