Advanta Homes is a small family business with over thirty years of experience in property sales
on the Costa Blanca.
We specialise in property in the countryside and within, or close to, golf courses - all within
the Alicante and Murcia region of Spain (the Costa Blanca).

Our service starts with our website, and doesn't stop at sale completion, we are always here to
help no matter how long ago you bought your Spanish home.
Our service includes:
- Assistance with NIE numbers.
- Assistance with bank accounts.
- Mortgages through our established relationships with leading Spanish banks, primarily
Banco BBVA, Bancaja and Caja Madrid.
- Translations of deeds and other documentation at the bank and Notary.
- Transfer of utilities (electricity and water) into your name.
- Handling of all taxes and property registry obligations.
- Advice, recommendations and contact information for our trusted network of English speaking suppliers of building
work, decoration, swimming pools, satellite dishes, gardening and other home services.
- Advice and assistance on schools, both bilingual and Spanish.
- Introduction to other ex-pats living in Spain.
- Pretty much anything else you can think of.
