Aspe has a good market, parks, shops, restaurants and facilities such as
pharmacies, a medical centre and Spanish schools. It is close to bilingual schools at Elche or Monforte del Cid.
Much of the town is now pedestrianised and it is pleasant to walk through
the old streets lined with traditional shops and town houses.
There is also a museum, some sports and social facilities, a lively fiesta calendar and an active English speaking community.
