What would you expect from Seve Ballesteros except an eccentric and
challenging course with moments of fun amid the beautiful parkland setting, close to the beach and only minutes from Alicante city.
With enjoyable symmetry, the course has six par 3 holes, six par 4 holes
and six par 5 holes, three of each on the front nine, and the remaining three on the back nine.
The course is not your standard golfing experience, and each hole has its
own personality and calls for a different strategy. Typical of Seve, there a couple of eccentricities, including an S-shaped lake (S for Seve) and some roman ruins defending the 14th green,
and the initial straighforwardness of the holes is deceptive as the course increases in complexity as you go round.
